You hold a doctoral or post-doctoral degree in the field of land administration or geo-information or related field.

You are able to demonstrate previous or current active contribution to UN-GGIM, FIG and OGC with particular focus on LADM II, STDM, FFPLA and FELA.

You have at least 8 years of experience in international consultancy, in different countries, on the subjects of LADM and Fit-For-Purpose Land Administration or related fields.

For this assignment, the Land Registry will enter into a two-party agreement with the contractor in line with the agreement as stated in the purchasing conditions, namely:

1a Model agreement for self-employed persons without employees

1b Contract agreement for indirect self-employed persons without employees

For this assignment, will enter into a two-party agreement with the contractor in line with the agreement as stated in the purchasing conditions.

Voor deze opdracht treedt op als bemiddelaar. Ook maakt het Kadaster gebruik van de dienstverlening van voor de urenregistratie van de werkzaamheden. Dat betekent dat de opdrachtnemer een rechtstreekse opdrachtovereenkomst aangaat met het Kadaster wat betreft de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. En daarnaast gaat de opdrachtnemer een aparte overeenkomst met aan waarin de vergoeding voor de geleverde bemiddeling en het verplichte gebruik van het urenregistratie-systeem van worden vastgelegd.

Het Kadaster zal voor deze opdracht een twee- óf driepartijen overeenkomst aangaan met de opdrachtnemer.
